In addition to my other certifications, I am a professional Certified Professional Group Leader Coach. I am trained to facilitate a powerful and engaging coaching experience while ensuring every member of the group receives the utmost value.

All groups run for 6 weeks unless otherwise stated. Groups meet weekly for 45 minutes. Group members must commit to attending all sessions. Each group is limited to 8 participants.
